    Dear John,
    I'm studying your new book which is a great update to its first edition. Unfortunately I did not find a hint on how to estimate the parameters of meta-analyses.
    Any sugegstions?

    Thanks for the great book and inspiring exercises. I enjoy reading it. I'm getting stuck at some exercises after chapt.18. Are solutions for them available?
